For SaaS founders.
A SaaS founder going from zero to real scale runs into a fairly predictable sequence of problems: proving the product solves a real problem for a small number of people first, then building a repeatable way to reach the next hundred customers, then building the operational and financial systems letting the business run without the founder personally touching every single decision. Most reading lists for founders skip straight to the third stage and wonder why the advice does not land for someone still stuck on the first.
A dedicated reading list sequenced specifically around this zero-to-scale journey is still being written. In the meantime, the closest real source already public is UpTurn 2 itself, plus the Money page, which documents the same zero-to-scale thinking in the actual frameworks used inside this portfolio, not abstracted into generic startup advice.
The honest version of founder reading advice is usually smaller and more specific than a long list implies: two or three books, actually finished and actually applied, change more decisions than twenty books skimmed for highlights ever will.
